Focus1 HR Group's staffing division provides temporary staffing and placement services. By registering with us as a candidate, you authorize Focus1 to represent you to our client companies for the purpose of meeting their staffing and hiring needs.

There is no fee to you as a job seeker for our services.

However, since our client companies pay all fees, by registering as a candidate with us, you are agreeing to work with Focus1 on any position or with any of our client companies that we initiate contact or on which our efforts result in a job or contract opportunity.  

If we find a successful match for you with one of our client companies, you may be offered a position directly with the client, or you may also be offered a temporary or temp-to-hire position with our client through Focus1. Should this happen, your employment with us is for the specific purpose of completing an assignment with one of our client companies. These assignments are often of short-term or indefinite duration, and your employment should at all times be considered temporary and indefinite.
